        <p align="left">All JSSS teachers are Austswim qualified, hold current CPR certificates and working with children checks.</p>
<p align="left">Plans  are developing to ensure all staff initially employed by JSSS spend 1  school term in assisted teaching and also attending a 10 session <u><strong>a</strong></u><u><strong>dvanced teaching course</strong></u> implemented and conducted by JSSS. As part of their training they will  receive the JSSS Teacher's Booklet (includes all 9 Children's Levels),  guiding them to be part of a progressive team of swim teachers. </p>
        <p align="left">Also,  monthly workshops are being planned to ensure all staff are regularly  updated with new and innovative teaching ideas, skills and methods. </p>
